CAP is a development-oriented micro-enterprise that successfully combines decades of polymer

processing experience with the latest discoveries, CAE tools and craftsmanship excellence in its most innovative form. The company is highly innovative and strives to produce niche products with high added value.

Founded in 2010, CAP has globally introduced two patented and already established polymer processing technologies; the first is based on thermoelectric heat exchange and its introduction into micro thermoplastic injection molding tools, and the second is known as proprietary No Bonding Technology (developed as part of the successful Eureka MonoComp project) and is also used daily by CAP to produce structural products from thermoset materials.

With these successful breakthrough projects, its own prototype and batch workshop, toolbox and test lab (IMCI certified CE lab), is already a recognized European generator of new technologies.

We started with development and manufacturing of lightweight, complex, monocoque products made our of thermoset composites for marine sector.

Latest techology is thermoplastic composites production where we develop and manufacture lightweigh interior and exterior lightweight products (both, non-structural and structural), for both marine and caravanning sector. 

Two main divisons are present in company, Thermoset compostes and Thermoplastic composites delivering products to two main sectors: Marine and Caravanning.
