VELTHA IVZW 

VELTHA (www.veltha.eu) is an International Research Association based in Belgium, developing Research in the field of Sustainable Development and Circular Economy. It is composed of several members involved as partners, coordinators and expert evaluators in national and international projects, including EC funded projects in FP7 and H2020 projects. Veltha successfully participated in FP7 and H2020 projects (SCREEN, DigiPrime, Frontsh1p) InterregEurope REPLACE, i3 Deremco and has strong skills in definition of Value Chains, synergies between different funds, project management, dissemination activities and preparation of the plans for the exploitation of the research results

Veltha chairs the “Laboratory on Policy” (PolicyLab ), in which have been discussed and co-created the Memorandum of Understanding fora synergic application of H2020 and ESIFs funds and the other instruments constituting the demand for REPLACE project and the answer to the need to exploit cross-regional capabilities to support circular economy. Veltha has specific competencies in facilitating and developing transnational and interregional cooperation projects and policy development.

ROLE IN THE PROJECT

In Deremco project VELTHA will ensure the cooperation with other relevant circular network and initatives, as well as the exploitation of the project results in particular through transmission of expertise and experiences to other regions.
