DeremCo at JEC World 2026: Circular solutions for composite materials showcased in Paris
From 10 to 12 March 2026, the DeremCo consortium participated in JEC World 2026, the leading international event for composite materials, held at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre.
Throughout the three days, DeremCo welcomed visitors at Hall 6 – Aisle G – Booth 119-03, presenting a selection of products and materials developed within the project’s industrial demo-cases. The exhibition provided a hands-on overview of how recovered composite materials can be reintegrated into new applications across sectors such as automotive, aerospace, textiles, construction, and design.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore concrete examples of circular solutions, including components made with recycled fibres, materials derived from end-of-life wind turbine blades, and new composite formulations combining high performance with reduced use of virgin raw materials. The showcased solutions highlighted the technical maturity achieved within the project and their potential for industrial uptake.
During the event, DeremCo also contributed to the conference programme with two presentations delivered by the project coordinator, Prof. Marcello Colledani (Politecnico di Milano), at the Open Stage. The sessions focused on the project’s main results, including the development of circular value chains for composite materials, the technological solutions enabling material recovery and reuse, and the pathways toward market adoption.
JEC World 2026 represented a valuable opportunity to engage with industry stakeholders, foster new connections, and increase the visibility of DeremCo’s results within the international composites community.
